Сamping time of the year
Hello everyone!
I am here today to share with you my first card as a Craftin Desert Divas Digi DT member!
I really had so much fun playing with this digi stamps!
Aren't they adorable?
Step 1. Printing & coloring
Supplies:
- Craftin Desert Divas Digital stamp, printed
- Marco Raffine color pencils
- white gel pen
- scissors
I first printed digi stamps on a white card stock. For coloring I used my fave pencils (all the color numbers you can find on the photo above or pick similar from the pencils you have). To make images dementional I used white gel pen. When the coloring was done I cut the images using scissors.
Step 2. Making background
Supplies:
- Ranger Distress ink
- blending tool
- watercolor paper
- baby whipes
- white gel pen
For the background I used the darkest blue ink from what I have to make it look like night. Used blending tool to aply it to the watercolor paper. Pressed baby whipe to make some splashes. After that I used my gel pen to add stars onto the sky scene.
Step 3. Making a frame
Supplies:
- watercolor paper with Craftin Desert Divas digi stamps, printed
- ruller
- pencil
- Marco Raffine color pencils
- white gel pen
- scissors
To make the frame I printed mushroom digi stamps on the watercolor paper. After that I colored the images with my pencils (all the color numbers you can find on the photo above or pick similar from the pencils you have). Then using ruller and scissors I cut out the frame.
Step 4. Putting the card together
Supplies:
- white card stock (10*30 cm)
- colored & cut images
- cut frame
- background piece
- foam tape
To put the card together I attached background piece to the card base. On top of it I glued the frame. Then I put camping bear & trees images on top of the background using foam tape.
